Managed website plans

A business website that stays managed after launch.

Choose the outcome the business needs. Each plan combines design, launch, hosting, monitoring and continuing care in one written scope.

We usually reply within two business days. No checkout, payment or implementation begins until the written scope is agreed.

One team owns the website journey.

Design, launch and continuing care stay together instead of becoming three separate vendor decisions.

Designed and launched

One agreed direction, responsive build, enquiry path, review rounds and launch responsibility.

Kept operational

Hosting, SSL, monitoring and the plan-specific improvements remain part of the same scope.

Accountable after launch

Response targets, working boundaries, ownership and handover are confirmed in writing.

Commonly included

  • Agreed website design and build scope
  • Responsive implementation and accessibility checks
  • Hosting, SSL and monitoring
  • Plan-specific updates and support
  • Source handover and basic operating notes after the engagement and current invoices

Separate or excluded

  • Domain, taxes where applicable, email and premium licences
  • Paid APIs, stock assets, ads, full SEO and bulk entry
  • Unusual infrastructure or work beyond the agreed plan allowance
  • Ecommerce, portals and custom apps in standard tiers
  • Rankings, revenue, perfect uptime, security or unlimited-change promises
Working boundaries

The written scope confirms the update allowance and what happens when a request is larger. An acknowledgement confirms receipt and review; it is not a resolution promise. The client owns the domain and client-supplied content. NavMantra retains reusable components. Renewal, cancellation and handover terms are confirmed before payment.

Delivery process

Four steps from scope to continuing care.

01

Agree scope

Confirm the pages, functions, responsibilities, payable charge and proposal terms.

02

Prepare content

Collect approved copy, images, domain access and any information needed for integrations.

03

Design and launch

Build the agreed direction, review it in consolidated rounds, test it and launch after approval.

04

Manage and improve

Monitor the live site and carry out the agreed updates, support and improvements.

Ownership and handover

Your business assets remain understandable and transferable.

You retain control of the domain and client-supplied content. When the engagement ends and current invoices are complete, source handover and basic operating notes are included.

NavMantra retains reusable components, internal methods and general-purpose know-how. Any third-party licence remains subject to its provider’s terms. The written proposal records the exact handover scope.

Pricing questions

Details to settle before payment.

How is billing calculated?

The payable charge and cadence are shown on each plan. Monthly figures are equivalents to help comparison. Managed Website Launch is paid yearly in advance; the other standard plans are paid quarterly in advance.

How do managed updates work?

Each plan includes a defined update and support allowance. The exact working boundary is confirmed in the written scope; larger requests are estimated separately before work begins.

Who prepares website content?

The client supplies approved business information, copy and assets unless content work is included separately in the written proposal. Bulk content entry is not included in standard plans.

How long does a website take?

Timing depends on scope, content readiness, feedback and integrations. The written proposal confirms the expected schedule before payment.

Who owns the domain?

The client owns and controls the domain and client-supplied content. Domain registration or renewal charges are separate.

What happens at handover?

After the engagement and current invoices are complete, source handover and basic operating notes are included. NavMantra retains reusable components, methods and general-purpose know-how.

Is SEO included?

Search basics, Search Console setup or a technical SEO review are included only where listed. Full SEO campaigns, content programmes and ranking guarantees are not included.

What if we need more work?

Additional pages, support time, integrations or unusual requirements are scoped and priced separately before work begins.

Are third-party costs included?

No. Taxes where applicable, email, premium licences, paid APIs, stock assets, advertising and unusual infrastructure are separate.

Choose a plan by scope, not only by page count.

Tell us what the website needs to do and how much continuing support your team expects. We usually reply within two business days, and nothing starts until you agree the scope.
