What counts as a managed update?

A managed update can be an agreed change to existing text, an image or contact details. You supply approved content. The written scope sets the size and scheduling of each request; new pages, redesigns, integrations and bulk content work need review and may be quoted separately.

What does the content plan add?

The content plan covers up to ten pages, a blog or updates section, two enquiry paths, planned updates and a monthly health summary. Its ₹24,000 quarterly charge is ₹96,000 over a year. Content production and update capacity are agreed in writing; it is not an unlimited writing service.

How do I compare the plans?

Start with the job the website must do. Business Website Design & Maintenance covers a focused new or replacement website. Website Content & Regular Updates adds more pages and continuing content work. Website, CRM & Enquiry Follow-up adds one supported CRM or enquiry-process connection. Managed Website Maintenance & Operations is for a live website that needs weekly technical ownership.

How are the plans billed?

Business Website Design & Maintenance is billed yearly in advance. The other standard plans are billed quarterly in advance. Monthly figures are shown only to help comparison and are not monthly payment options.

Who prepares the content?

You supply approved business information, copy and assets unless other content work is included in the written scope. Photography, bulk entry and wider content production are separate.

Can you take over our current website?

Yes. An existing website may still fit one of the first three plans. Initial takeover, repair or migration work is scoped separately after we inspect the platform, accounts, access and current condition.

Does every plan include CRM or automation?

No. Website, CRM & Enquiry Follow-up includes one supported CRM or enquiry-process connection. Other process work starts with one real enquiry path and is priced separately.

Who owns the domain?

You own and control the domain and client-supplied content. Domain registration, renewal and other third-party charges are separate.

What happens at handover?

After the engagement and current invoices are complete, source handover and basic operating notes are included. Reusable components and general-purpose methods remain with NavMantra.

Is SEO included?

Search setup, Search Console or a technical SEO review are included only where the selected plan lists them. Full SEO campaigns, content programmes and ranking guarantees are not included.

What if our requirement does not fit a plan?

Portals, ecommerce, migrations, custom applications, multiple sites and unusual integrations follow the custom-scope path. We review the current setup before giving a written scope and price.
