Privacy notice
How NavMantra handles website enquiries.
This notice explains the information collected through the workflow-audit form and how it is used.
Reviewed 2 August 2026 · NavMantra operating guidance
Information we collect
When you submit an audit request, NavMantra receives your name, work email, optional company name, selected workflow focus, the description you provide, consent timestamp, source page, and campaign parameters when present. Anti-abuse verification also processes technical request information.
Why we use it
We use this information to review and respond to your request, manage related follow-up, protect the form from abuse, and understand which non-personal website journeys produce genuine enquiries. We do not treat an audit request as consent to add you to a marketing list.
Where it is kept
Enquiry records are sent to NavMantra’s isolated CRM workspace. Website logs are designed to contain correlation identifiers and outcomes rather than form content. Service providers involved in hosting, anti-abuse verification, and CRM operation process information only for those functions.
Retention and your choices
Enquiry information is retained only for legitimate follow-up, operational records, and applicable legal requirements. You may ask NavMantra to correct or delete enquiry information, subject to records that must be retained. Use the workflow-audit form and state that your request concerns privacy; do not include unnecessary sensitive information.
Important limits
Do not submit passwords, payment-card information, private keys, health information, government identifiers, or confidential customer datasets through the website form. This notice covers navmantra.com and does not create permission to transfer customer or marketing data between NavMantra-operated brands.
