A bounded lifecycle for enquiry informationNecessary enquiry details pass through validation and CRM follow-up while retention, deletion and contact choices remain visible.

Submitted enquiry data

When you submit a process-review request, NavMantra receives your name, work email address, optional company name, selected workflow focus, description, consent timestamp, source page, and allowlisted campaign parameters when present. You may also provide a WhatsApp number and choose email or WhatsApp as your preferred reply method; that information is used to reply to your enquiry. A founder-research submission similarly includes the product summary, what you have tested so far, and your current decision. Technical anti-abuse verification processes request headers and verification tokens to protect the forms from automated spam.

CRM handling and purpose

We use submitted information solely to review and reply to your specific request, manage relevant follow-up, and protect our systems from abuse. Submitting a request gives permission to contact you about that enquiry; it is never used to add you to an unsolicited marketing list. Accepted enquiry records are routed directly to NavMantra’s CRM workspace. Website server logs record correlation identifiers and request outcomes rather than form content.

Bounded website analytics

When network analytics is enabled, it operates within strict privacy boundaries to record non-personal interactions such as page views and button clicks with path-only URLs and bounded categories. Analytics never collects or transmits names, email addresses, form text, full query strings, or referring URLs, and it honours browser privacy signals including Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control.

Retention and privacy requests

Enquiry information is retained only as long as necessary for legitimate business follow-up, operational records, and applicable legal obligations. You may ask NavMantra to access, correct, or delete your enquiry information, subject to records we are required to retain. To submit a privacy request, use the process-review form at /workflow-audit/, select "Something else" under the area of focus, and describe your privacy request without including unnecessary sensitive details.

Important limits

Do not submit passwords, payment-card numbers, private encryption keys, health information, government identification numbers, or confidential customer datasets through website forms. This notice applies to navmantra.com and does not create permission to share or transfer personal data across unrelated brands.
